'Why do I Blog'
"Indian cooking, has a remarkable range of varieties and it stands distinguished in international cuisines. Though it is easy to learn Indian cooking its difficult to make the dish delicious. I have never cooked all through my life till I got married in 2007 and my first dish was "Tamarind Rasam" in my in-laws house. As with most of us I struggled initially for 4 months and this is when i started to think how to cook delicious , first thing person who came to my mind is my Mother , no food is more delicious for a kid than the one his or her Mother cooks. Personally I would want to thank my Mom and Vahchef Sanjay Thumma who inspired me to cook not for sake of cooking but to ensure it is delicious. A good tasty and delicious recipe will be the result of lot of patience, interest, and hard work.The more interest and attention you pay towards the dish....the more it tastes. And here are some of my trials on my husband...and i am sure he enjoyed them and i guess you too will enjoy....Happy Cooking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "
