Tomato-Peanut Chutney



Ingredients:

Peanuts - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1 number
Green Chilli - 4 number
Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves
Red Chilli whole
Hing
Oil

Procedure:



Take a pan, add 1 tsp of oil, when it is hot add peanuts and fry till they are 80% done.



Add Green chilli and fry for 2 min, then add Tomato and fry for till they are well cooked.


Let it cool to room temperature and put it in a blender and make into fine paste (add little water if required while blending).Put tampering with 1 tsp of oil,urad dal, redchilli, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and hing.


Good with Idly, Dosa and Undrallu or any other tiffin.

Add little bit tamarind if you want more sourness.
