Corn-Snack

Cooking Time:20Min approximately.

Ingredients:

Fresh ear of corn/Corn Kernels
Oil - 1 tsp
Red Chill Powder
Chat Masala
Salt


Procedure:

1.Take a fresh corn ear and remove kernels from it carefully (i don't know how frozen/canned corn works for this dish, i prefer fresh ones)








2.Take a pan and add oil, when oil is hot enough add corn kernels and let it fry on medium flame till they are done. Approximately it takes 20min a bit longer time.



3.Finally adjust salt, red chilli powder and Chat masala according to your taste.



4.Serve them hot.
